OK I fixed my iPhone 4 screen last night it didn't come on so I changed the screen again now it lights up make sound I here it talk but the screen us stuck on blue no apple logo shows up

NY iPhone 4 is diving the same my screen was cracked u changed it now the phone won't come on but when I plug it up its making a double zig zig sound then a thump I recheck all my cables and the battery some thing happens
