Your Device Will Not Turn On
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
Plug the battery into the charger to make sure that the battery isn't dead. After half an hour, remove the battery from the charger and try again.
Make sure the battery is installed correctly.
Uninstall and reinstall the battery to make sure that the pins are making contact. If reinstalling the battery doesn't fix the issue, continue below.
Clear the battery pins of debris.
Closely inspect the pins on both the battery and the device. Carefully remove any visible debris or corrosion from the pins, and reinstall the battery after charging. If this doesn't work, continue below.
The power button only works intermittently.
If the device turns on at all when attempting these solutions, it's possible your button faceplate is seated incorrectly and not making contact with the power switch inside the device. If the button feels still or doesn't audibly click when you press it, your faceplate is seated incorrectly.
Clear the DC IN power supply of debris and try to start it.
Closely inspect the DC IN power supply port on the device for any debris, and carefully remove any debris spotted. Install the DC IN power supply and try to start the device. If the device works, your battery is likely faulty and requires replacement. Otherwise, your mainboard is likely faulty and requires replacement.
The Screen Will Not Show Display
The screen ribbon cable is loose or damaged.
If your device has power lights indicating that it's on but is not showing anything on the display, your screen's ribbon cable could be loose or damaged. Please refer to the guide on how to replace the screen to uninstall and reinstall the ribbon cable for the screen. If it still doesn't work, your screen has to be replaced.
The Display Color Calibration Is Off
If the color calibration is severely off it is likely a damaged ribbon cable that needs to be replaced.
If your device's screen is displaying random colors or artifacts, your screen's ribbon cable could be loose or damaged. Please refer to the guide on how to replace the screen to uninstall and reinstall the ribbon cable for the screen. If it still doesn't work, your screen has to be replaced.
The Device Is Unresponsive To Inputs
Turn it off and turn it on again to restart the device.
If the device is not responding to button presses, first restart the device. Uninstall the battery to turn off the device, and reinstall the battery after a moment. If the device still fails to respond, continue below.
Make sure the button face plate is seated correctly.
If the buttons are not audibly clicking or feel strangely stiff, it's possible that the button face plate is not aligned correctly. Please refer to the guide on reseating the face plate. If this doesn't fix the issue, your mainboard buttons are faulty, and you need a mainboard replacement.
The Device Will Not Synchronize
The device is too far out of range.
Ensure that the device is within range of the drone or device you are attempting to connect to. If the issue persists within range, continue below.
Uninstall and reinstall antennas if you are still unable to pair your devices when in range.
If the issue persists, uninstall your antennas and reinstall them by unscrewing them from the device and screwing them back in. If this doesn't fix the issue, you likely have a faulty mainboard and needs to be replaced.
