Make sure the projector is turned on, locate the focus ring, and turn the dial until the projected image comes into focus and appears sharp. === ***The lens is scratched.*** === * Take a close look at the glass covering that is protecting the camera (where the picture is projected out of). The signal should then power on the projector. === ***You are not within the device’s range.*** === * You could be trying to turn it on from too far away. Get closer to the projector, and make sure you are in the 15 ft range.
