As a safety feature, the device will not turn on if the attachment is not correctly secured. === Isn't plugged in/charged sufficiently === If the device is not plugged in or fully charged it will not work properly. Plug the device into the wall and try to turn it on. Check to make sure charger light is on as an indication that the charger is in working order. Note that the trimmer will not run if it has not charged for at least ten minutes. === Motor pin loose or broken === Check to see if the motor pin is loose or broken. If it is damaged the entire motor will need to be replaced (see guide). == Trimmer making strange noises/is running slow == ''When turned on the trimmer makes strange noises or runs more slowly than usual.'' === Attachment not correctly secured === If the attachment feels stuck on the trimmer, then it may not be in the correct position.
