+===Restart LG Intuition===
+
+Try restarting your LG Intuition in order to check the screen’s responsiveness. To restart your device, press and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously for about 3 seconds until the LG logo shows on the screen. Release both buttons and wait for the LG Intuition to fully shutdown. Turn on the LG phone by holding the power button. If the screen does not respond to these steps, consider the next two possible problems.

+Ensure that the phone is charged. Plug in the phone with a micro-usb cable to ensure that the phone is charged. If the phone does not indicate that it is being charged, consider replacing the phone screen.

+===Faulty Screen===

+Check that the phone screen is not frozen by holding the power button to shutdown the device. Try restarting the phone by pressing the power button. If the screen does not respond, consider checking the screen ribbon cable by taking the back cover off the phone. If the ribbon cable is secure, consider replacing the screen.

+Try rebooting the wireless router by referring to the router’s manual on how to reboot the internet connection. Reconnect the device in the wifi settings tab.

+Ensure that both the bluetooth device and the LG Intuition have the bluetooth setting enabled. This can be found in the settings application of the phone. If this does not solve the bluetooth connection issue, consider replacing the wifi/bluetooth antenna.

+===Faulty Wifi/Bluetooth Antenna===

+Try restarting the phone by holding the power button. Turn the phone back on and try to reconnect to the wifi/bluetooth device. If it still does not connect to the intended device/network, consider replacing the wifi/bluetooth antenna.

+Check for dirt inside the area of the power button by using an alcohol prep pad to clean the area around the power button. Try to absorb as much dirt from the power button and try pressing the button again. If the power button of the LG Intuition is still unresponsive, consider checking to see if the power button is connected to the phone’s motherboard. Otherwise, consider replacing the power button.
