== Frozen or unresponsive screen ==
-=== Fix One ===
+=== All RAM is being used ===
-=== Fix Two ===
+Most of the time a screen freezes the cause is that all the computers available RAM is in use and therefore the computer cannot complete any processes causing the screen to freeze and become unresponsive. The solution to this problem can be to simply restart your laptop. If the screen is still unresponsive after restarting, the computer's screen is most likely broken and must be replaced.
+
+=== System fault ===
+
+In rare cases the cause of a frozen screen may be an internal system error, such as something breaking internally on the motherboard that stops the computer from displaying images on the computer. Unfortunately the only way to fix this problem is to replace the entire motherboard within the computer.
