Computer Will Not Turn On
Difficulty powering on the device possibly due to incorrectly assembled power button or Raspberry Pi.
Power Button is Sticky and Difficult to Press
Once the Kano Computer Complete Kit is fully assembled there may be excess glue that was put on the module during assembly. Kano outlines that the assembler must remove the power board from the computer and to lightly twist the red power module to get rid of the excess glue. Then, reinstall the power board and press the power button to start. If it needs to be replaced, follow our Power Button Replacement Guide.
Raspberry Pi Not Powered Due to Disconnected Wires
Properly reconnect the red split power cable from the battery to the power board. Then, reconnect the battery to the screen driver board. If this does not solve the problem, you might have to follow our Raspberry Pi Replacement Guide.
