Phone Won't Turn On

Your phone won't turn on, even when plugged into a power source.

Malfunctioning Battery

Remove the battery from the phone, wait five minutes, then reinsert and try to turn on the phone. If this doesn't work, try replacing the battery with a new one.

Malfunctioning Motherboard

You will need to replace the motherboard.

Screen Response Is Slow Or Screen Is Frozen

The Screen is slow to update after pressing a key or is completely frozen.

Too Many Applications Running

If you press a button and the response lags in time, or there is no response at all, this may mean there are too many applications running at the same time. Try ending all open applications, then power off/on the phone.

Temporary Phone Freeze

Power off the phone then power it back on.

Malfunctioning Battery

Remove the battery from the phone, wait five minutes, then reinsert and try to turn on the phone. If this doesn't work, try replacing the battery with a new one.

Malfunctioning Motherboard

You will need to replace the motherboard.

Black/Dim Screen

The phone is on but the screen is darker than it should be.

Damaged LCD screen

The LCD screen will need to be replaced.

Cracked Screen

The screen of the phone has cracks or other damage that blocks visibility

Cracked Outer Glass

If the display underneath the glass is still functioning, then the outer glass should be replaced.

Damaged LCD screen

The LCD screen will need to be replaced.

Keyboard Doesn't Function Correctly

The phone will turn on, and the screen displays correctly, but the QWERTY keypad is either unreadable or not functional.

Letters Have Faded

If the letters on the keyboard are no longer readable from repeated use, you will need to replace the keyboard.

Buttons Are Unresponsive

If the phone will not respond to the keyboard buttons, and you have tried powering off/on your phone, this may be an indication that the keypad sensors are not working. You will have to replace the motherboard.

My keyboard buttons were not working but all I did was take out the battery, wait 30 secounds, put it back in and turned it on. Keypad worked perfectly after.
