Brake Pedal Too Stiff

The pedal is difficult to press fully and is unable to give proper feedback in the game.

Pedal is Incorrectly Calibrated

  1. Update the device’s firmware in the Logitech G-Hub
  2. Press the Windows + R key to open the command box
  3. Type joy.cpl to open the Windows Game Controller Settings
  4. Select the entry for the gaming wheel
  5. Press CTRL + SHIFT while clicking Properties
  6. Go to the Settings tab and click Calibrate
  7. Follow the calibration instructions then test the wheel afterwards
  8. Set pedal sensitivity in G-Hub
  9. Check in-game settings
  10. Check with different games or PC to see if the problem persists
  11. Check the pedals
  12. Optimize pedal-facing position

Paddles Not Shifting

The paddles do not shift into the proper gear when pressed.

Improper wire connection

  1. Disconnect the wheel from the PC/ Game console and power outlet
  2. Disconnect the pedals, power adapter, and shifters from the wheel
  3. Reconnect the pedals, power adapter, and shifters to the wheel after about 15 seconds
  4. Connect the wheel to a working A/C outlet and USB on the PC/ Console

Logitech G-Hub not recognizing the Wheel is plugged in

With Computer already ON, but Logitech Gaming Software NOT running,

  1. Connect all wheel/pedal/shifter components to each other.
  2. Plug power for the wheel/pedals/shifter into a wall outlet or power strip.
  3. Start the Logitech Gaming Software, and give a second for it to fully load.
  4. Plug in the wheel's USB cord to the Computer, and let G-Hub recognize the wheel/pedals/shifter. G-Hub will calibrate the wheel's left and right turn, and put the wheel at center position.
  5. Set G-Hub settings to "Default" settings. (First-time setup only, after first setup, you can ignore this.)

No Feedback on Pedals

When the pedals are depressed and there seems to be no response.

Improper wire connection or pending update

  • Turn the wheel and then off again
  • Disconnect the Wheel from the PC/ Game Console and Power Outlet
  • Disconnect the Pedals, Power Adapter, and shifters from the wheel
  • Reconnect the Pedals, Power Adapter, and shifters to the wheel after about 15 seconds
  • Connect the Wheel to a working A/C outlet and USB on the PC/Console

Software Not Up to Date

  1. Download Logitech G-Hub
  2. Connect the Wheel to the Computer you will be using
  3. Ensure that the latest drivers are installed

Steering is Not Working While the Wheel is Turning

The wheel does not turn in tandem in the game.

Improper wire connection

  1. Check your power source, the wheel gets power from the power adapter.
  2. Check to see if any damage to your cord could be hindering power.
  3. If the LED light is on but turning the wheel still does not affect the game it may be an issue related to the internal components such as the motherboard or internal wiring.

Improper Drivers Installed

  1. Uninstall Logitech G920 driver, unplug USB cable from computer
  2. Uninstall Logitech G-Hub
  3. Restart Computer
  4. Install Logitech G-Hub from Logitech website
  5. Restart Computer
  6. Plug in the G920
  7. Click the popup saying Click here to install latest firmware for G920

Motherboard/Internal wiring malfunction

  1. Unscrew the screws on the back and front of the steering wheel to expose the internal hardware.
  2. Gently unscrew the screws that hold the motherboard in place.
  3. Replace the motherboard and make sure that the board is lined up properly.

Buttons Not Responding

When the buttons are being pressed in-game, the game does not seem to respond as expected.

Pending update or wireless connection error.

  1. Open the start menu and type ‘controller’.
  2. Click on the ‘Set up a Controller or Gamepad’ option.
  3. Right-click the name of the wheel and open Properties.
  4. Push each button on the wheel to see if the window responds to your inputs.
  5. If some or all of the buttons do not respond, reinstall the drivers for the wheel.
  6. If all of the buttons respond, try checking the settings in-game to see if something is wrong.

Faulty internal connections

  1. Gently unscrew the screws holding the top of the steering wheel in place.
  2. Check to see if there are any obvious malfunctions.
  3. Check that all internal connections are properly connected.
  4. If reattaching the unconnected wires does not solve the buttons not giving feedback, replace buttons with new ones.

Wheel is unable to calibrate and the white light is blinking rapidly. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue, during calibration. Wheel stops working and white light blinks rapidly. I will post a link to a video I took. Calibration issue video

everything works on my g920 but when i turn right the buttons stop working and the white light turns off. I have tried unplugging every cable and replugging the power supply but nothing is working. Can someone help
