The disco ball will not turn on
When I flip the switch, nothing happens.
Bad outlet
If nothing happens when you flip the switch, make sure the device is plugged into an outlet. If that still does not work, change outlets to make sure that the outlet is not the problem.
Faulty switch
If your outlet is good, but the disco ball still won't turn on when you flip the switch, you may need to replace the switch that is located on the power cord. To replace the switch, see our guide Switch Replacement.
The light will not turn on
No matter what I do, I can't get the lights to turn on.
Bad light bulb
If you turn on the device and it rotates but gives off no light, you may need to replace the light bulb. To replace the light bulb, view our Light Bulb Replacement guide.
The disco ball will not rotate
When I turn on the disco ball, it lights up but does not rotate.
Bad motor

The disco ball makes noise when it rotates
When the disco ball is rotating, it makes noise.
Bad gears
If you turn on the device and it squeaks when it rotates, you may need to replace the gears. To see how to replace the gears, view our Gear Replacement guide.
The color panels are broken
The color panels are damaged.
Broken color panels
If the color panels are cracked or missing, then you may need to buy new panels and replace the broken pieces. To fix the color panels, see our guide [invalid guide link].
