The phone will show a constant reminder that the charge is low or that the battery drains faster than it should.

Identify and manage which apps are using up most of the phone’s battery by navigating through the power/usage settings.

The original charger that came with the phone should be the only one used, other chargers will not sufficiently charge the battery efficiently. When the phone indicates a low battery life, try to charge it as soon as you can. In this process, try not using any apps on the phone when the battery is low. This will extend battery life.

The phone keeps on freezing and is not responsive to touch.

1. Restarting: simply turn the phone off and turn it back on.

The phone itself also has a “screen test” when going to the settings. This allows for a finger sensitivity test where you move the finger across the screen to see what areas shows success and what areas doesn’t.

The phone’s flashlight does not turn on.

To activate the flash on the phone, you have to shake the phone twice like if you were “chopping” food. Doing this motion may or may not activate the flash. Therefore, there might be something wrong with the internal software regarding the flashlight itself.

The keyboard disappears or buttons don’t respond correctly.

The default keyboard may be the reason why the phone is not working properly. Using different keyboard options on the Google Play Store can provide a better option. Test different keyboards and see which one works best performance wise.

When trying to use the camera, it shows as “error” or camera is “busy”. Nonetheless, the camera application does not open properly and cannot be accessed.

Best way to ensure that the camera can work is to clear up some space. This will allow for a much smoother assurance that the camera app may work. Delete unnecessary data or buy more google storage.

Uninstall previous updates on the camera and download the newest one from the Google Play Store.

When all fails, boot the phone into safe mode or into factory reset.
