Nail Gun Doesn't Fire
The Nailgun does not shoot when pressing the trigger.
Nose Contact
Make sure the nose makes proper contact with the work surface.
Air supply
Check the pressure on your air supply, the pressure should be between 70 and 120 psi. The air supply should also be capable of maintaining pressure throughout the time of operation.
Air hose is not properly connected
Make sure that the air hose is properly secured to the device.
Magazine not installed correctly
Make sure the magazine is seated and installed properly, with the tip of the nail facing toward the front of the nail gun.
Jamming
Check the gun for a misaligned nail that could be jamming the gun from operating.
Noticeable Lack Of Air Pressure
Nails either don’t shoot or don’t go all the way due to air pressure
Nail Gun Is Leaking Air
The Nailgun leaks air when in use and connected to the air supply.
Air hose is not properly connected
Make sure that the air hose is properly secured to the swivel connector and the air supply.
Swivel connector
take on and off the swivel connector and clean the threads to clear off any debris that could cause a leak. Put the connector back on the device then check for leaks with soapy water.
If the swivel connector is still leaking then replace the swivel connector.
O-rings
The O-ring may be damaged, if so, replace the O-ring with a new one.
Nail Gun has Rough starts and Stops
The Nailgun jerks and vibrates excessively when in use.
Air supply
Check that the air supply is adequate between 70-120 psi.
Lubrication
Apply oil to where the air hose connects to the swivel connector.
Contact tip Won’t Retract
When firing the contact tip doesn’t retract
