Loss of audio on one side or distorted sound
You are experiencing no audio on one side/ both sides, static or crackling sounds.
Make sure your audio jack is completely plugged in
Ensure the audio jack is firmly plugged into the headphone jack of the audio source or device, audio that cuts in and out is often a sign of a loose audio jack, so make sure the audio jack is fully inserted in the computer.
Check to see if the volume piece of the headphones is on
Locate the volume piece of the headphones and raise the volume to the highest.
Ensure device being used is stereo compatible
If audio is being heard from the left side of the headphones only, make sure the device from which it is connected has stereo output capability. Generally, if a device has an output jack labelled earphone, it will be mono, while an output jack labelled headphone will be stereo.
Sound issues when plugged into computer and/or laptop
You are experiencing audio problems when using the head phones on your computer and/or laptop
Check to see if audio source is on and working
Be sure that the device being used is on. If the device is a computer and/or laptop, adjust the the configuration settings.
Cannot hear audio when using Skype and other communication apps
The issue may be within the app, open application, go into Tools Menu, click on the Audio Settings, then go into Speaker Setup and follow the instructions given.
Keyboard volume keys do not adjust headset audio
Some computers and/or laptops have volume keys that do not affect headphones, try adjusting the volumes using the controls on the headphones.
