Description
Thermal paste forms a continuous, conductive layer between a processor and its heat sink, improving cooling performance and keeping your important chips from overheating.
Whenever you remove a heat sink, it's very important to remove the old thermal paste and apply a new layer.
iFixit Thermal Paste features:
- Premium chemistry consisting of over 83% highly thermally conductive fillers by weight, as well as a highly stable non-silicone base oil.
- High thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance.
- Not electrically conductive or capacitive, safer than many other pastes.
