iPhone 11 Rear Camera Lens Covers

High-quality replacement. I didn't find an iFixit guide for this part, and most examples on YouTube seem to recommend just breaking the glass. You can actually force the cover off by pushing from inside the phone (if you're simultaneously replacing the camera) with an object whose contact surface is about the that of the lens cover (I used a balloon pump). Heat the area to loosen the adhesive, elevate the body of your phone (I used two coasters, but a book would work too), position the tool, then push down while holding the rest of the phone down for leverage. It'll take some strength, the adhesive is strong.

They fit seamlessly, the installation is somewhat easy. Great value for the price!
