Replace a home button assembly in your iPad 7, iPad 8, or iPad 9 and fix an unresponsive home button.
The internal spring in your home button can lose its shape after thousands of depressions and the plastic face may become dull and ugly from scratches and chips. Restore all those functions and cosmetic appearance with a replacement home button assembly for your tablet.
This part does not include the metal mounting bracket which is adhered to the front panel.
The Touch ID function will only work with your iPad's original home button assembly. Installing a replacement home button will only restore ordinary home button functions—not Touch ID features.
