Battery degradation is an inevitable part of your iPad’s lifespan, extend it with this new replacement battery compatible with iPad 3rd Gen and 4th Gen. If your tablet won't turn on, is stuck in a boot loop, or simply won't hold a charge, this replacement battery may be what you need to fix it.

For optimal performance, calibrate your newly installed battery: Charge it to 100% and keep charging it for at least 2 more hours. Then use your device until it shuts off due to low battery. Finally, charge it uninterrupted to 100%.

It worked. This is pretty challenging repair. Bought the kit, which I already had, not realizing all of the adhesive strips were included with the part. Could have asked but was in a hurry. A couple of the steps could have used a little more info on the reassembly.
