Why did my jailbreak slow it down?
I jailbroke my Touch and it is slow(i.e., lagging)
Anyone have a jailbreak for 4.2.1 without this?
Is this normal?
I never jailbroke before

could be because multi tasking is on. try double clicking the home button and closing the applications by holding on them until they start to wiggle and then press the minus button.
Generally multi-tasking is not recommended for the 3g, i'm not sure how to turn it off but if you do jailbreak your device again via a custom bundle or restore and use redsn0w there should be a checkbox somewhere in the jail breaking application for this feature
