One of the earbuds is not charging when placed in the case.

Experiencing an issue where one of the earbuds is not charging properly when placed inside the charging case. I have attempted to charge the problematic earbud using another earbud's case, and it charges successfully. However, it does not charge when placed back in its original case. How can this be resolved?

Options

Proving the earbud is rechargeable points to the charging base. Perhaps a broken or loose wire inside, requiring disassembly.
