How I can clean upper speaker on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

Hello, I have some issues for cleaning my iPhone. The most difficult one is the upper speaker, where my ear is placed why I get a phone call. It is really too tight and the border of the speaker seems fragile and I don’t want to brake it.

How I can make it clean?

If I need to buy some instrument, I'd like to know what I need and where I can buy it.
