Power but no image

Good afternoon, my Technika 32" LED TV lost all power, I opened it up and there was a burnt component on the power board, I ordered a replacement board, fitted it and it turned on first try, the red standby light turns blue as it should and I can see the backlight is on but there is no picture, nothing I press on the TV or remote makes a difference, I double checked all the cables were seated correctly but no difference.

The first image is the old board with the blown component and the second is the new board installed.

Anyone any ideas please.

Many thanks.

@markkilvington going under the assumption that the new board is the right board and it is functioning, I would replace the T-con board (the board next to it). Since we do not know what power surge caused the original power board component to fail, it is possible that it also took out that other board. It is the board that is responsible for generating your picture.

UPDATE: I removed the new board and had a look at it under the microscope and I discovered a burnt component, not sure if the board came like this or if it happened after I installed it but this is obviously the issue, or one of them.

@markkilvington sorry to hear that but good thing you found it. P{roves to show that even new boards are not always free of errors :-) Best of luck to you and let us know how it works out.
