Title:

after windows 10 computer will not recognize the dvd drive.

i loaded windows 10 and the dvd drive which worked flawlessly on 8 no longer works.

It does not appear when I look for it.  It will not even open unless I use a wire to release it manually.  can't be a hardware problem.
