1st - b4 disassemble, determine where the problem might be.
-Slow boot might be a slow HDD or an HDD with errors. Google CHKDSK to see how to run that. It will clear a lot of problems. Then run SFC /scannow. both the above must be run from a CMD prompt. SFC should be run as administrator.
