I have no sound
there is no sound coming from my computer after upgrading to windows vista

ABUBAKARR, check in device manager to make sure that your sound card shows up. If it worked before but stopped because of the update, get a driver for the HP that works under Vista from here. Uninstall the device, then reinstall with the new driver. Hope this helps, good luck.

SOLVED - I Fixed the problem, Go to Upper-Right Corner where you see those 3-Little-Dots, Click and Scroll down to "MORE TOOLS", Then Click EXTENSIONS section in pop-up next to it. Remove/Uninstall any "Audio Boosters" that you personally added AFTER you purchased it. Click on the Clock on the Lower-Right Hand Corner and LOWER your Sound, Then RELOAD Computer by Turning off/on your computer and the Sound will come back to Normal - Yay! :) :) :)
