After the Toshiba logo it goes to a blank blue screen

mstwrt, set your BIOS to either boot from optical drive or USB drive and use a Live Linux (I prefer puppy linux) package and see if this will show up properly. If your Toshiba screen shows and then turns to a different color, it is possible that either your OS is not found (bad hard drive possibly) or that your OS has become corrupted.
