iPhone 5s Screen - Stripes, Negative Patches, and Blur

I bought some cracked screens, but when I tested them out I found that they have vertical stripes, blur, or black/negative patches on them. Also they have dead spots or do not respond at all. I suspect that damage occurred to the digitizer. Is there anyway to repair these? if so how? Included are pictures of the front and back of the screens.

I changed my cracked screen and it worked fine for about a week then it started acting up and would not shut off. After about a min the screen turns bride white and unresponsive.
