Problem with MacBook Pro firmware.

Dear Sir

We have a customer who during the firmware update lost power and now it's in a state that when you power on the machine you hear 9 beeps. I've tried to reset the PRAM and NVRAM and also power reset but none solved anything. I'd be glad if you could help me.
