Reboot loop- latest itunes version doesn't find it

Help me, i'm desperate, i tried to download the new version of IOS (i was 9.0) then at about 70% i stucked iphone. It started normally as iOS 9.0. Then i tried to reboot for seeing if the new version would install. Well it appeared the apple logo, as normally, but with a strange blu bug as a stripe... Then it turned black and the phone turned off. I rebooted it again and it did as before with the only difference that the bug in the logo was red... Then started a loop where every 10 seconds the screen turns on and shows the apple logo and then it turns off for about 5 sec... i tried to connect it to Itunes (latest version) but it does't visualize it... i tried to reboot it but nothing.... Please help me i don't know what to do, i think if i don't find an answer i' ll go to an apple store.... Suggestions please....

This is weird. Never heard of this before. Can you restore to a backup?

Have you tried to restore the phone in DFU Mode?

I would do what fonebitz mentioned. Did the iPhone get unplugged during the install, or something?
