Forgot phone passcode without backup unfortunately

Forgot the phone passcode without latest backup unfortunately. I am looking for help as below. Great Great thanks if you could help me.

Option A: remove the passcode only so that I could get back all of the my data

Option B:get the photo and some of the important Apps copied out, Apps could be restored back. (Not very concerned about the contacts, since I have a phone backup up to Aug.7,2015)
