My phone locked how do I factory rest?

I was putting my alarm and it ask me for a pin and it just locked. How do I factory rest?

Try this and see if it helps

If that doesnt work try this

Start by pressing Power button, device must be working to succeed this operation.

Pressing Call key will open phone's Dialer.

Type in this code: 1809#*101# or 2945#*101#

Next confirm Factory reset operation by clicking green Call key again.

Phone now should restart, after that operation will be done.

If the phone is frozen you may need to pull the battery for a few minutes before trying
