Sorry, you can't replace the RAM in this phone. It comes with 2 GB of RAM on the SoC module.
The phone came with two flash storage versions 16 or 32GB which is soldered to the logic board.
Sadly, this model does not come with a SD slot so you can't add flash storage that way either.
