My laptop screen is broken , I threw a pair of scissors and it like hit the screen but the screen did not crack , now it's turning all different colors and I can't do anything with it

@gracie_03 yes that sounds like a broken LCD. You will have to replace the display. If you tell us what model your Dell is we can most likely provide you with the information on how to change it.
