Panasonic TX-P50VT20BA 10 times bliking red light standby

Hello we purchased a TV Panasonic in 31 December 2010 after 5 years today TV stop working just blink 10 times , so i read any forum about same problem watch video in youtu.be but dont help for me , m.b. you have things about my problem .

I take off back panel and clean properly all dust and when i try switch on i hear just stranger klick twice and litle noise psssss and klick twice again after red light start bliking 10 times .If some body can help please!

@igoriok it is important to know if it blinks when you plug your TV in or if it blinks when you turn the power on. The power LED blinking ten times is indicative of issues with the voltages on Sub 5V, Main 3.3V, DTV 9V or the Tuner Power and the board in question is the "A-Board". Also, make sure that your units fan and airflow is not inhibited. Once you have the back open, check the fans and clean the unit if needed off all dust and debris.

Thanks for very quickly answer my tv bliking when i try push button ON if tv stay with switch off i can't see any light at front so when i switch on bootom first going klick twice after some noise psssss and klick twice again and start bliking fan not working .

Yes i got digital multimeter UNI-T UT58 if need some another i can bay) and yes i can use but i dont understand where problem if you can explained for me i try fix my self!)))
