Backlights and sound work but no picture

The back lights and sound work perfectly on my LG 49UF770V, but there is absolutely no picture. I have changed the T-Con board but nothing has changed.

Any suggestions?

@duffar what do you mean by the backlight works? What do you see? Right now it sounds more like a video board issue:-)

Ok, the whole screen lights up when I turn it on. It's still a black screen (actually even tinted with a slightly blue hue). When I open the back and turn it on I can see white light coming out of all the little holes in the back.

Which board is the video board?

the LVDS cable ( the one that enters the display , the one with the RED sticker on it) , you need to izolate 15 pins ( or about 1 cm of pins ) on the right side of the cable with ducktape or something like that . it will work .
