Mobile network not available

Hi,

Try your phone's SIM card in another known working compatible network mobile phone to see if it still works.

Try another known working network compatible SIM card in your phone and see if that works.

If your phone doesn't work with either SIM card, and both SIMs work in the other phone, given that it has only worked for 1 day (so I assume it is new) call the manufacturer's customer service section and request a warranty replacement of your phone. This is of course unless you have to follow another procedure due to it being a Government phone.
