Issues with mms messages

To whom it may concern,

I bought the LG K7 only a few months ago and absolutely loved it. It did everything I needed it to do. Just recently I have been having issues with MMS messages and not being able to receive them. I have contacted my service providers and we have troublshooted all the issues possible with mobile connections and apn settings and still they are not working. I can only assume it is the phone now. I need MMS messaging for my job and I have spent my hard earned money on this product which is now failing me. I am trying to figure out my options and what else I can do before having to spend money again on a new phone when I have only had this one a few months. Please help.
