My speaker is not working after being dropped.
The Jambox has a tiny rattling sound when I shake it. The sound coming from it is very quiet.

Here is a link to the Ifixit guide(s)for your speaker. Using these guides will enable you to gain access to the internal components of the speaker so that you can see what the problem is.
If you need more assistance once you have found what you think the problem is, then come back to this site and ask for more help. It may be handy to add some close up pictures of the problem to your request. This link shows how to do this.
