Setting up Multiple displays

I have a 402MA laptop, running windows 10 with an Intel Graphics Card. I am trying to setup a 2nd external monitor. I have a Dell monitor that is detected and runs and automatically, connected by HDMI, and the other is LG that is detected connected by VGA. But in the display properties, it is grayed out and I cannot enable it, nor change any of its properties or have it selected. For example

Dell #2

LG #3

I can do any combination of 2 of them, but not all 3.
