My phone won't ring on incoming calls
Phone has dial tone and I can call other people but it won't ring when they call even tho the caller hears ringing. On thier side

Make sure you ringer isn't muted, or that quiet mode isn't on. Also, are you able to hear the other party on the phone if you are able to answer? If not, you may have a problem with the speaker, which in that case, you'll need to replace it. Hope this helps!
