How do you open this device?
Plantronics bluetooth headset got "washed." I am trying to open the device to clean and dry it. Apparently, there is a contaminant that is causing rapid power loss.

Hmm, I think that the problem is that your device is damaged most likely the battery, which will need to be replaced.
I don't know exactly how to take it apart, but you'll need to look for a seem on the device and put something like this or a razor blade into the seem and gently pry the two sides apart. This video describes your issue on a different model of a plantronics device.
