i heard long continuous beep sound from my pc. what does it mean, what is the problem. can i fix it myself??
i opened my cpu, cleaned ram and reinserted, now its working well. but i had a doubt whether this problem would occur again.

A CPU is a Central Processor Unit. In other words, it's the main processor. I doubt you opened the CPU. The RAM re-seat was probably all it needed. It was likely bumped loose and the system wouldn't boot. It likely won't happen again.
