Printer Wont Stop Printing

My printer will not stop printing test pages. I can prepare a document, turn on the printer and document prints but then the printer starts spitting our either blank pages or pages with test information. I have to turn off in or to get it to stop.

My Epson WF3820 is doing the same. continuously printing the test page. I can turn it off and turn it back on and it will print what I wanted to but then goes back to spitting out test pages. nothing in the Que and the cancel button on the printer just spins canceling. guess time for a new printer which is crap as I have maybe had a year or two. just found purchased 5/18/21 so not quite 2 years. And I don't use it heavily.

Some times Printer turn on/off resolve the issues. Try these steps for resolve the solution.

  • Turn off the power of printer.
  • Click on start.
  • Then click on printers and faxes.
  • Double click on the Printer Name.
  • Then click on the printer.
  • Click on cancel all documents.
  • Wait of the printer queue to clear.
  • Then turn on printer again and try for printing.
  • Try these steps for fix the Epson printer won’t print, you can quickly resolve this issue.

I started to print some key answer from internet then the sheet was empty I shut down the computer and printer but it won't stop printing
