no hot water comes out for espresso

steam and hot water work but cant get any water for making espresso,sounds like pump is working but it doesn't seem to kick in when the hot water would be ready to come out like it used to

The pump is either blocked or broken. Search Youtube for Ulka EP5 pump repair. You can buy a new one for less than $50

You can try to reset the thermostat. There's a small red button for it under the top cover.
