Can it be repaired?

My Ds's top screen wont come on, everynow and then the buttons, joystick, bumbers, and touchscreen will stop working and the screen will be stuck displaying what ever it got stuck on (stuff on the screen will still move around) the ds wont go into sleepmode.

Also it wont turn on everyniw and then when I go to try the blue light turns on makes a "pop" kind of sound and the blue lights rurns off. No screen turns on.
