Can't sign in after factory reset on BLU Vivo 5

Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is keeping me from accessing and setting up my phone. The google account/password do not work and must be corrupt. How can I bypass FRP on the BLU Vivo 5?

Check with BLU support about this and call about this issue. If they can help you over the line that would be great. If not try and return it to the seller if your phone is still under warrenty. Do not send it back to BLU as they will charge you for shipping so it is best to send it back where you bought it. Unless you got it from Amazon then that phone has to be sent back to BLU themselves.
