Why is my hoverboard not charging or switching on?

I tried recallibrating my hoverboard but it just switched off and never worked again. Please help!

My son’s Hoverboard1 Ultra doesn’t charge anymore. We plugged a friend’s charger in and still no luck. So it’s not the charging cable. I don’t know if it’s the on/off switch or something else? Any ideas? Thank you.

If the board turns on with the charger connected but then dies the moment it is removed, then the batteries are too discharged to be charged. Lithium Ion batteries have a condition where when left for long period times they discharge to a level that they cannot be charged,
