Laundry Pod Use in Front Load

My manual says you can use laundry pods in the washer but they are agitating to the front and getting stuck there and not being disolved into the laundry cycle. Any suggestions?

what's the model number?

are you putting the pod in before the clothes or after the clothes. this makes a difference

You can try changing the setting of the water temprature or use a different brand of pods
