Hi I need your help guys I turn my laptop into sleeping mode but when I turn it on it loads and went to the Sign in page but I can't click the “sign in" button and it won't go to the home screen.

Restart the computer to get the computer unstuck. Once you are in Windows, I suggest that you disable sleep and hibernate mode - sometimes problems will result, as you have seen.
Go to Control Panel - power settings. Go to the advanced settings, expand the Sleep entry, and disable sleep and hibernate on each of the options.

use windows key + D keyboard shortcut to go back to the homescreen

Press the F8 key repeatedly during the first startup screen until the Advanced Boot Options screen displays. Select Safe Mode from the Windows Advanced Options Menu and press Enter. Windows opens in Safe Mode.
