What are the lines on the bottom of my TV?

Hi,

I have Panasonic TV 2 years old , my TV have many horizondal lines on the bottom it shakes and sometimes freeze the screen, what could the issue? , Could it be tcon board issue?

Model number is th32d400d of Panasonic

No. Horizontal lines are never caused by a bad t-con board. Most likely these are from a bad driver board. That board is part of your panel and can’t be changed. We would need to know the exact model of your TV and if possible have a look at those boards. Post some pictures with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.

Again, this is most likely part of your TV panel and not an easy DIY fix
