How to fix this broken wire?

Hi guys,

I got a small question. In the office i worked where i was fixing the phone of my colleague, there was a kid who really funny thought my desk was a playground. I wasn’t there so when i got back i was not really happy, as you probably can imagine. When i continued i noticed this wire was broken, but the other side was no where to be found.

So i have been trying to figure out where this wire goes to and i think it’s connected to the bottom side of the logic board. is this correct? and is it possible to order this type of wire and just solder it on there and connect it again?

I really want to finish this “project”. Thanks for the help and if anyone replies!

Answer this question I have this problem too

The wire (antenna cable) goes from the lightning connector (where you have your arrow) to it’s circular socket under the battery socket (where you have your second arrow), So you are correct on your guess. All you need to do is replace the lightning connector and reconnect the antenna cable to its socket on the motherboard.
